Sandra Gonzalez is a retired U.S. Marine Corps Officer, Executive Coach, TEDx International Speaker, author, and Founder of Authority to Scale Coaching.
With 20 years of military leadership experience, Sandra has developed a unique perspective on confidence, resilience, communication, and leading under pressure.
She now speaks to organizations, conferences, universities, and leadership programs, helping audiences strengthen their confidence, executive presence, psychological safety, and ability to lead through change.
Born in Los Angeles to hardworking Mexican immigrant parents, Sandra's story is rooted in resilience, determination, service, and continuous growth. Fluent in English and Spanish, she connects with diverse audiences across industries and cultures.
In 2025, Sandra published Sexy Confidence: A U.S. Marine's Blueprint for Women to Command Their Seat at the Table.
