1. Significant Purpose
Significant purpose is understanding your “WHY” as a woman entrepreneur, and ambitious leader.
“Why are you here, what are your gifts, and who shall you serve?”
Summon your desire by clarifying your “WHY” because when you clarify your why, you let go of tension, and respect your journey. It’s honoring yourself and acknowledging what you are required to do. When you honor yourself by being transparent, you have more clarity and can further align with your purpose.
This blog is a gentle reminder to help you stay the course. Stay in the fight, roll up those sleeves and do whatever is necessary.
Don’t lead your life through randomness. You are different from everybody else. Do the work that is required from you. Start by brainstorming, and practicing self-awareness. This will help you GO after what you want and desire. Don’t sell yourself short.
So where do we start, you ask? It starts with self-awareness and acknowledging that you are not where you would like to be.
So what needs to change? And what needs to be done?
Acknowledge who you are and DECIDE where you would like to go. Self-awareness is recognizing where you are in terms of your relationship, your health, and your business.
Are you satisfied in all areas of your life? Why or why not?
Have you become a victim of life’s circumstances and are you reactive instead of proactive?
“Significant Purpose gives you the ability to be transparent and listen to what “CALLS” at you, not what “CLAWS” at you.”
Practice self-awareness, and learn to differentiate the two. For example, the main reason I stay in the fight is for my daughters. They are my “WHY” and I always think, “How would I want them to lead their life and business.”
This question propels me forward with clarity, and conviction; and therefore, I stay courageously committed.
Early on in my childhood, I grew up watching Wonder Woman. You remember Wonder Woman right? The actress was Lynda Carter and I was fascinated by her mental, physical, and emotional prowess. She was this ordinary woman that would engage her superpowers by spinning! The spinning would convert her to Wonder Woman and within seconds she had armed herself with bullet-deflecting bracelets and a golden lasso.
Why am I sharing this with you? Well, there is a Wonder Woman within you and she is dying to come out and share the gifts with the world.
And to be honest, as a kid I remember thinking, “Wonder Woman is a bad ass but I wonder who trained her?” I personally wanted that coach and trainer in my life. I wanted to be able to deflect bullets and make people tell the truth with my golden lasso.
As I got older, I realized that impressionable woman had given me a subtle hint about who I wanted to be in life. I wanted to become Wonder Woman’s trainer. That modern day Spartan woman who gives women the weapons to overcome difficult challenges and adversity. That trainer who mentally, physically, and emotionally prepares women for battle.
Why am I sharing this, and how is this applicable to you?
Think of your past, and your life up to now. What has intrigued you? What have you always wanted to be? Your life has dropped significant hints and it’s time you listened. Fight for your significant purpose, and learn to develop who you are destined to be.
2. Supercharge your Psychology
Now that you have a basic understanding of how I drew out my significant purpose, allow me to help you strengthen another important aspect of life. By strengthening this aspect, it gives you clarity so you can further understand your purpose.
So what must you do?
You gotta SUPERCHARGE your psychology warrior. Your psychology is your human mind and how it functions, it’s understanding YOUR mindset.
Listen, it’s my responsibility to be blunt so here you go….
You are RESPONSIBLE for supercharging your psychology, no one is going to do this for you!
So how do we supercharge our psychology when we are overwhelmed, overworked and overstressed? You must develop clarity about your purpose and what gets you motivated in life. What you need is a STRONG motive that will encourage you to take ACTION. And when you combine the two you develop MOTIVATION.
“Supercharge your psychology by learning to self-motivate.”
What motivates you and what is meaningful? Adding MEANING to your life is like flavoring your coffee appropriately. When I add coconut milk to my coffee, it just transforms the flavor! You must do the same with your life. What powerful flavor can you add that will give you more of a robust flavor?
As a warrior, STRIVE for a meaningful life. When you have meaning, you have enthusiasm. Your work and your life should bring you meaningful satisfaction. And this level of satisfaction means that your effort in everything you are doing is aligning with something important in life.
Supercharge your psychology by connecting with something meaningful.
When you connect with something meaningful such as your PURPOSE, your psychology will shift. Your WHY will help you develop fierce focus. Fierce focus helps you with concentration and this focus of effort will help you develop a strategy. This strategy will help you engage in execution. As you execute (take action), be cautious and conscious of environmental factors that are trying to distract you.

3. Superwoman Physiology
Once you self-discipline your psychology you will be in a better position to develop Super Woman physiology. At a young age, I knew Wonder Woman was a bad ass. She knew that staying in shape would help her fight the good fight and that by strengthening her mind, you could develop yourself into a Lethal Weapon.
YOU must do the same warrior!
What is Superwoman physiology?
Superwoman physiology helps you improve your energy within your body. You practice self-discipline and understand that in order to take your life and business to the next level you have to physically demand more of yourself.
Listen, do not become a Negative Nancy! (sorry Nancy). Choose to become a Supercharged Sandy.
Worriers become unhealthy people, they blame external circumstances and people for their hardships in life; whereas, Warriors, accept responsibility for EVERYTHING that happens to them.
Which one will you choose? And if you choose the latter, what can you do to enhance your physiology to Superwoman status?
My recommendation is the following:
Learn to develop your physical, mental health.
Exercise 3-5 days a week.
Eat healthier food that fuels you appropriately.
Sleep at least 7-8 hours every night.
DO NOT disregard your health because it’s the engine that keeps your car running. Disregarding your health leads to obesity, depression, and heart disease.
Choose to enhance your health. By enhancing your health, you become a Superwoman because you experience higher life satisfaction, lower stress, profitability and less conflict. Moreover, another important aspect that will be supercharged is your productivity.
4. Stimulate Productivity
As an entrepreneur, you are responsible for stimulating productivity.
As the CEO of your business, you need to be productive with content creation or production of any kind. You need to be authentic and resonate with the people you wish to serve.
Stimulate creativity and this will help you mass produce.
Creative content will make your brand stand out from other competitors.
As you practice fierce focus, remember that there is a difference between staying BUSY and being PRODUCTIVE.
How do you become productive and NOT busy? Well, there is a big, notable difference. Once you have established, the fundamental steps in strengthening important areas of your life, you will become productive because you have learned to stimulate more growth.
Remember, you are responsible for the energy you create and what you choose to focus on, GROWS in your reality.
One of the ways, I have learned to stimulate productivity is by focusing on my goals.
“My goals create a road map of my life. They allow me to engage my life, and business with more meaning. I create and direct my path forward. I choose to go after those challenging goals and weaponize myself with mental toughness so I don’t derail from the chosen path.”

Once I create a roadmap, I am hypervigilant of where my productivity needs to go. Be careful if you are a woman entrepreneur, because in this information age, distractions can be booby traps. Some booby traps might be camouflaged as:
One of the ways I stimulate productivity is by inserting the 3 steps down below. I will keep this brief so you have a basic understanding but this can be a different period of instruction! So here you go:
Schedule– Your time on a planner. Annotate what you need to accomplish for the upcoming week.
Strategize– Give yourself a course of action. When will you work on your most important tasks?
Silence– Silence environmental factors that distract you. Don’t get sucked into the nonsense! Silence is golden because you tap into your gut intuition and work from a place of integrity.
5. Serve People
One of the best ways you can enhance your life is by shifting your focus to other people. And let’s be honest, this is the reason WHY you are here. This is why you are a warrior with good intention, ambition, and passion. Wonder Woman influenced this essential aspect at a very young age. She was a superhero, fighting villains and she was a messenger of God. Why should you be any different?
“You are here to SERVE people.”
Your product, service or idea needs to manifest. Moreover, you would like to contribute to your family in some way. You have a calling, and right now it might be an idea, product or service that can serve other people and be monetized.
Please know that you should NEVER feel guilty about wanting to make more money. Money is not the root of all evil.
Money is a powerful tool that helps us connect and contribute more with the people we are destined to serve.
“Serve people by strengthening your courage.”
Leadership begins with you, and it begins now!
I want to share with you that in order to strengthen your courage you must honor your journey.
So, how do you honor your journey?
Let go of perfectionism. Perfectionism is really a cop out! Oh yes, I went there. As entrepreneurs, we don’t move forward in life because our product or service has to reach a certain level of satisfaction, correct? Am I right? Or am I right?
Well, guess what?
That way of thinking is NONSENSE!
But let’s be frank, perfectionism is a myth, an illusion, a narrative we play in our mind that keep us from helping other people.
You see what matters is not how great your product is, what truly matters is how much you care for other people. And when you learn to differentiate the two, that’s where the light bulb goes off and you will generate more ideas from an ideal state of mind.
A mindset that is dedicated to serving others in the best capacity.
When you shift to how much you care about other people, then your product, and service will reflect this essential component. Can I get an Amen?
Furthermore, because you are not working from a place that is creating tension, you stop beating yourself up and are grateful for the imperfection. Connect to your intuition, and determine who your target audience will be. If you have already determined who they are, serve them in the best capacity.
Be transparent and lead them with integrity.
Living with integrity enables you to build confidence because you have nothing to hide. You try your hardest to be a great mom, spouse, sister and entrepreneur and this is what people really need. They need you to be REAL.
