Suzanne ‘Xena’ Lesko is a retired U.S. Navy Captain and combat veteran, turned professional speaker, expert advisor and emergent tech executive. She served for 26 years as a Naval Aviator and then as a Public Affairs Officer. Suzanne graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy, and is one of an elite group of women to reach the rank of Captain in the U.S. Navy (“the 1% of the 1% club”). Suzanne was trained to survive and "return with honor" in intense scenarios at both The Quigley, in Quantico, Virginia and the highest level of the Survival, Evasion, Resistance, and Escape (SERE) program, where she was an instructor. She led and directed large-scale campaigns, missions, operations, and teams in challenging environments around the world, including war zones. And she did it backwards.. in high heels… and Kevlar!
Suzanne is now a sought-after speaker and advisor, operating under her Warrior Advisor™ brand. She leverages her military training, global experience, expertise, and mindset to help leaders and organizations excel in leadership and management, resilience, elite performance, and public affairs. She recently served as CEO with Multiverse Health (a startup medical device manufacturer), and was previously Federal Partner with Kyndryl (formerly IBM Global Services). She has acted as a specialist advisor and subject matter expert to Grant Thornton, Valiant Integrated Services, and Wharton Leadership Ventures. Suzanne holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science (minor in Spanish), and a master's degree in Global Leadership; she is also a recent graduate of Tuck’s Next Step program at Dartmouth.

Harsha Dandamudi is a health and fitness expert, mentor and performance coach based out of San Diego, California. Harsha is the founder of UFlow Fitness which focuses on finding one's Flow State and unlocking a super human level potential. He is also the Chief Instructor of the White Dragon Martial Arts and Fitness Center in Chula Vista, California running one of the most successful martial arts and fitness centers in Southern California. He has trained hundreds of instructors and thousands of clients and students for over 2 decades.
Harsha’s martial arts journey with White Dragon began in 2003 where he quickly moved through the ranks winning multiple competitions in kickboxing, grappling, wrestling and even weapons fighting in both California and across the US. Harsha was even fortunate enough to travel to Xu Wen China in 2007 where he earned a gold medal successfully competing in front of over 30,000 spectators.
In 2010 Harsha was promoted to the rank of Chief Instructor of the White Dragon Martial Arts location in Chula Vista, CA and in 2012 he was promoted to the rank of Sifu by the founder of White Dragon Schools, Master Nathan Fisher, for his outstanding contributions and expertise in the Chinese martial arts of Choy Li Fut and Yang Tai Chi making him to date, the first and only 9th generation Sifu in both arts anywhere. In 2016 he successfully opened the CLF XIV Martial Arts and Fitness Center in Hyderabad India to bring his martial arts knowledge to the international stage.
Harsha has also been invited to many large corporations, companies and many other organizations to give leadership talks, teach meditation, mindfulness and breathing as well as self-defense and fitness. He began public speaking at the very young age of 12 and competed for years winning championships at the state and national levels in impromptu, extemporaneous speaking and also debate.
